Seed Pods Sock Pattern

This pattern was originally released in the April '09 Sock Club.

 yarn

·  Sport weight yarn (280 yards to 4 ozs) : approximately 200 (230, 260) yards

· Sample made with Little Turtle Knits Keha in Hibiscus

 gauge

·  28 stitches and 36 rows to  4” in stockinette stitch

 materials

· Size 2 (2.75mm)  double pointed ndls

· blunt yarn ndl

· Stitch marker

 sizing

· To fit woman’s small (7.5” circ/4-6 shoe), medium (8.5” circ/6-8 shoe), large (9.5” circ/8-10 shoe)

 construction

· Sock is worked cuff down

· Traditional heel flap and gusset

· Shaped toe and grafted finish
