Not a Scarf! Knitting Pattern

Not a scarf! is the answer to the busy mama’s desperate plea. Do you have one of those little squirmers who will not wear a scarf? I’ve had four of them, and this simple cowl has saved my sanity. Worked in the round, it’s a quick knit done in mistake stitch ribbing. It provides warmth and insulating thickness, while being plain and comfortable enough for even the fussiest of wearers. With 5 sizes from XS (infant) through XL (men’s) you can whip up a set for the entire family. Pattern requires 0-120 yards of worsted weight yarn (sample knit with Malabrigo) and size 7 16" circulars.
